Thomas is currently a Founding Member and Partner at encode.org, an organization focused on creating the necessary legal, financial and social structures to further anchor self-organizing practices into all areas of work life. Thomas is active as an entrepreneur, has helped launch several early-stage companies and provides mentorship to both entrepreneurs and startups alike. He remains a Partner and investor at HolacracyOne, LLC.
