Olmsted County joined AARP's Network of Age-Friendly Communities in January, 2020. Its membership is a commitment to creating a more livable community designed to promote physical independence, dignity, and opportunities for community engagement and choice.
A committee of local community members has been gathering information to understand residents' current needs and preferences.
Our next step is to host a series of focus group meetings with YOU and your neighbors. Please join us for a morning or evening session on October 22. Sessions are 90 minutes, 10:00-11:30 a.m. or 6:30-8:00 p.m.
