Come LISTEN, LEARN (and drink some Beer : ) so we can then ACT!
Join Diversity Council at Thesis for a workshop about developing cultural inclusivity by exploring the tenets of gracious hosting as they apply to organizations and communities. We’ll start with a discussion about our own heritage and culture and examine the connection between our personal and professional environments. Then we’ll explore how to apply the universal tenets of hosting to create an inclusive environment.
And Bonus! Every attendee will receive one free beer!
There is no cost to this event, but please RSVP as spaces are limited.
Masks will be encouraged by those attending, and we will follow the guidelines from the CDC/MDH at the time of the session. If COVID rates are still high in the community, the event might move to virtual. Thanks for understanding.
