NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City Planning and Zoning Commission (CPZC) will hold a public hearing in the Council/Board Chambers of the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, Rochester, MN, on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. to consider Planning 2 Succeed: Rochester’s Comprehensive Plan Update. The proposed Plan identifies the community vision, core principles, and land use and transportation framework intended to guide future urban development. Goals, policies, and implementation strategies form the basis for Plan execution. Staff will make a very brief presentation in order to maximize time for public comment and discussion. The CPZC will provide Plan recommendations to the Rochester City Council.
