First, we will explore and discuss local resources available to help employers recruit and retain employees, with an emphasis on non-profit employers (and survey results). For this portion of the meeting we will be joined by a panel. Panelists include:

During the second half of our meeting, we will engage in brainstorming and dialogue about actions we might take to alleviate some of the pressures related to the current environment.
